  • Goal-related Leadership bonus (GRLB): The GRLB process is a strategy where the achievement of certain role related leadership  goals is linked to the payment of an additional stipend. The objective of this scheme is to further encourage and incentivise middle and senior leaders to focus on and achieve specific leadership goals related to the strategic priorities in the school/division.   • Tony Allard Bursary for international professional development opportunity: we have introduced an annual bursary programme which acknowledges outstanding and innovative teaching practices. Recipients of this annual bursary are provided funding to design and attend a professional development opportunity which aligns with their career aspirations. Previous recipients of this award have used the funding to:

    • Arrange a group of teachers from ISABC schools to visit Finland for a firsthand look at the innovative practices they are using in schools across the country

    • Attend the Reggio Emilia training centre in Italy which promotes a play-based approach for early years education

  • Strategic appointments: following widespread consultation of our community and stakeholders, we have developed an ambitious plan which includes focused development in areas of Wellness and Diversity, Equity and Inclusion. In order to ensure we have the skills and capacities to support growth in these areas, we have created additional leadership roles and appointed Directors of Student Wellness and Director of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
