Athletics
Mulgrave Titans coaches support students as they strive for athletic excellence and personal best while emphasising character, commitment, communication, confidence and heart.
We believe that participating in athletics and on school teams enhances overall balance and academic success while teaching so many valuable life skills. Physical wellness is a key part of overall student wellbeing and is a fundamental aspect of the IB approach through CAS (Creativity, Action, and Service).
Grade 10 students continue with Physical Health and Education (PHE) class as part of their curriculum. In Grades 11 and 12, a majority of students continue with their level of activity through school teams and with time in our Fitness Studio.
Mulgrave competes in the North Shore (NSSSAA) League, the Independent Schools Athletic Association, and the Vancouver Sea to Sky Zone. Titans teams that have competed and excelled in BC School Sports Provincial Championships in the past include: Varsity Girls Basketball, Varsity Boys Basketball, Varsity Boys Soccer, Varsity Golf, Varsity Swimming, Track and Field, Cross Country.
