Blackbaud is used for a multitude of tasks including annual re-enrollment, entering of medical and emergency contact information, as well as accessing our community directories.
Your Blackbaud username and password are also used to access our Portals via Community Login.
Please read through this complete process so that you know what to expect. When ready, please click this link.
IMPORTANT: Enter the email address that we sent the re-enrolment information to; otherwise, the account will not connect to the data we already have on record for you.
Please tick both boxes so that you receive your username and a link to create a password. Each parent in a household should complete this process in order to have access to our portal.
You will receive a confirmation that an email was sent. You will need to check your email inbox for the email that will provide the link to set up your password.
Click the link to set your password in the confirmation email. You will be redirected to this window:
Please note that your password must be at least 8 characters long and must include 1 number. This password is independent from all other Mulgrave accounts so feel free to use your personal favourite.
Once you sign in, you will be redirected to your parent dashboard. You should see your name in the top right and the number of children you have enrolled in the school on the left side of the banner. You can click on that to access your children’s profiles.
*Please note that we will not be using the calendar or news on this portal. You will continue to access the calendar on the website and Connexions will continue to be the best source for information you need.
We will continue to use Seqta for all important school information. This portal is for school business. You will only need to access the circled areas to check the information we have on file for you.
We will assign forms and contracts to you as part of the re-enrolment process. You will see a banner at the top of your profile that will let you know what needs to be completed. This is what it looks like:
When you click on the banner, the system will take you to the dashboard where you will be able to review and complete both forms and contracts. You will need to complete your child’s health forms, emergency contacts, and the re-enrolment contract. Click the green review button to start.
