Shae de Jaray

Shae is a business development leader, entrepreneur, and the founder of several entities world-wide. Across all of his professional endeavors, Shae has focused on developing a nuanced understanding of corporate development, product design, governance, and sales performance. His expertise in business operations and management have played a central role in his corporate successes, both in private and public businesses.

Shae founded a business development & manufacturing design consulting firm that works with businesses globally, and continues to grow into new sectors. Additionally, Shae has been active in the public sector, serving as an executive and board member to a life sciences company that developed several large-scale food supplement manufacturing facilities across Europe. Locally, Shae manages, and sits on the board of multiple private real estate lending funds that deploy capital within British Columbia. Finally, with a passion for craft beer, Shae founded Deep Cove Brewers & Distillers, which produces craft alcoholic beverages for distribution across Canada.

He’s a Mulgrave alumnus, with a degree in mechanical engineering from Queens University. Him and his family are North Vancouver residents, who love to get out on the water.
