John Wray

Mr. John Wray joined Mulgrave as Head of School on August 1, 2010. John relocated to Vancouver from Hong Kong, where he served nine years as the Principal of South Island School, one of Hong Kong’s leading international schools. South Island became an International Baccalaureate World School and received CIS/WASC accreditation under his leadership. Prior to this, John was Head teacher of Kingsmead Community School in the southwest of the UK. He led Kingsmead to achieving the UK government's highly acclaimed Beacon School status and also to Language College specialist status.

John was educated in London and completed his Bachelor's and Master’s degrees in Education at the University of Exeter.
