Heartfelt Holiday 2020

Usually, at this time of year, Mulgrave parents are busily gathering supplies to bake mountains of cookies for the annual Baking Buffet! Paired with a wonderful hot lunch funded by parents, this annual event is our community's way of expressing gratitude and holiday wishes to Mulgrave's faculty and staff.

Of course, 2020 brings something new, and we are excited to launch our Heartfelt Holiday initiative. Through this effort, we want to extend a gift package of beautiful, artisanal products to the people who nurture our children every day. And we need your help!

There are two ways to get involved:

  • With the donation of a bulk quantity of artisanal goods. Do you have a business that could offer chocolates, teas, coffee, or other treats? Or, would you like to purchase some bottles of wine, candles, or something else? To help with the logistics, it is appreciated if items are contributed in a minimum quantity of 10, to a maximum of 225. Please note that we are not able to accept any homemade food items due to COVID regulations.
Please complete this form to let us know what you would like to contribute; the team will follow up to arrange pick-up or delivery (items are required by December 7th).

  • With a monetary contribution. We'll use the funds to purchase extra items and gift cards to round out our packages. Cash and cheques (payable to Mulgrave School, please note Heartfelt Holiday on the cheque) can be dropped off at the front desk. Volunteers will also be out doing curbside collection on November 25th and 26th as well as on December 2nd and 3rd. Sorry, we cannot provide tax receipts for these contributions.

We thank you in advance for your generosity and kindness; we know our children's teachers and the school staff will all enjoy this special holiday gift. Please don't hesitate to email us if you have any questions.

With appreciation,
Nicola More and Aleksandra Baiman
