Pre-K and Kindergarten School Hours

Pre-K 3 and Pre-K 4

  • Drop off: 8:30-8:40am
  • Drop off Tuesday: 9:15am
  • Pick up: 2:50-3:15pm
  • Pick up Friday: 2:05pm

Kindergarten

  • Drop off: 8:15-8:30am
  • Drop off Tuesday: 9:15am
  • Pick up: 3:00-3:15pm

Pre-K and K After School Care

We provide after school care for Early Years students from 3:15pm until 4:30pm. This arrangement is on a term-by-term basis and a fee of $850 will be charged at the start of each term, regardless of the number of days attending.

Student School Supplies

All school supplies are provided by the school for Junior School students. Students need only provide a backpack (black or navy; no logos) and a lunch kit.

Grade 1-6 School Hours

  • 8:15am-3:15pm
  • Tuesday Late Start: 9:15am
  • Friday Early Dismissal: 2:05pm

Grade 1-4 After School Care

Mulgrave provides licensed After School Care for students in the Junior School. The programme is run by two qualified teachers. All students who are in Grades 1 to 4 must attend After School Care if they are not picked up by their parents /caregivers by 3:30pm.

After School Care is complimentary until 4:00pm. From 4:00pm to 5:30pm, the cost is a flat rate of $12/day (please note the change in end time). After 5:30pm, there is an additional cost of $1.00/min. After School Care is complimentary for students who are taking the bus.

Grade 3 and 5 Camps are in Term 3

Co-Curricular Guide 2018-19

Co-Curricular opportunities for Junior School include enrichment activities such as creative arts, physical activity and STEM (science, technology, engineering and match).

Registration will open on August 23rd at 4:00pm for 2018-2019 Term 1 Co-Curricular clubs and will close on Monday, September 3rd at 4:00pm. Watch for an email on the first day of registration for instructions.

Cambridge Uniforms Introductory Letter (Uniform Supplier)

Cambridge Uniform Shop at The Mulgrave Store

Returning students have the option of ordering online as well using our website: www.cambridgeuniforms.com. The access code is: GRA795.

Starting September 11th, Cambridge will be at Mulgrave Tuesdays from 2:30 to 4:45pm throughout the school year.

MVP Uniform Shop

The Mulgrave Store is home to the MVP Uniform Shop, which is run by a small group of very dedicated volunteers who have made it their mission to provide our families with affordable options to meet Mulgrave's uniform standards. The MVP Uniform Shop also offer us all a responsible way to recycle uniform pieces that no longer fit our children.

The MVP uniform shop will be open:

Library Information

The Mulgrave Library Learning Hub (LLLH) welcomes you back to a new school year! Stroll on up to the third floor and come and see some of the new transformations taking place over the summer. 

Below are some important FYIs you may find helpful as you get ready for the start of the new school year.

Outstanding Balances

  • Outstanding balances and money owed for lost books need to be reconciled by Friday, August 24th, 2018. The library team will be happy to help you with this.
  • All library books borrowed over the summer need to be returned by Friday, August 31, 2018.
  • Overdue textbooks from 2017-2018 should be returned as soon as possible.

IMPORTANT: Textbooks for the NEW school year will only be issued once all outstanding books have been returned.
