Mulgrave's school bus service offers students a safe and reliable way of getting to and from school from many locations across the North Shore and into Vancouver. It also helps to reduce traffic and our collective environmental footprint while instilling independence in children. 

Our school community also has access to a carpool app to connect with nearby families to arrange regular or ad hoc carpooling.

We have added new bus stops for the 2024-25 school year, including one in Lynn Valley (which is a free bus stop).

Routes 1 to 4 include a free bus stop. To register for these stops, please email us at transportation@mulgrave.com. Locations are indicated in the 'Bus Routes' section below.

2024-25 Bus Fees

FULL DAY RIDE

  • Single Student Pass $1085/year
  • Family Pass* $1455/year

MORNING OR AFTERNOON RIDER

  • Single Student Pass $605/year
  • Family Pass* $765/year

SINGLE RIDE TICKET

  • Book of 10 $50/book
  • Single tickets available for $5 each

* A family may purchase one Family Pass for use by multiple children at the same household addresses.

Important Notes

  • Bus service is available for students in Kindergarten and up. For students from Kindergarten to Grade 2, approval is required prior to registering. Please email transportation@mulgrave.com for more information.
  • Routes 1-4 all include a free stop close to Mulgrave. Instead of registering through School Cash for these stops, please email transportation@mulgrave.com with your child's name and grade as well as the route number and stop name.
  • Drivers maintain a list of registered riders; passes are not required.
  • Single-ride tickets are available at the front desk. Students need to hand in one ticket for a one-way ride.

We have truly enjoyed watching our daughter’s independence blossom from her experience riding the school bus.  The daily ride has become the most favorite part of her day.  She knows she is helping the  environment and she making a lot of new friends along the way.  As parents, we know the bus is the safest option for transportation and it gives us two hours back in our day.  For working parents that is priceless.  The bus app provides the exact location of the bus and the arrival time, making the entire process seamless.  We couldn’t recommend the bus more.  Seeing our daughter with a huge smile on her face as the bus drives away is one of the best feelings in the world.
