Summer Camps

Students will register for the grade entering in the 2025–2026 school year.

Only students enrolled in both a morning and an afternoon camp will stay for a supervised lunch in the cafeteria before transitioning to their afternoon session with the assistance of camp instructors and camp assistants.

Lunch is available for purchase online. Please select the tab "lunch" on the Active menu website.

Students will stay at school for a supervised lunch after their morning camp, enjoy lunch recess, and then will be guided to their afternoon camps with our summer instructors. 

After-camp care is available for students enrolled in the afternoon half-day camps, from 3:30pm to 4:30pm and is located in the Senior School Academic Centre (main entrance lobby). Prior registration is required for After-Camp Care, and the cost is $20 per day. Afternoon half-day students who are not picked up within 10 minutes of dismissal will be sent to After-School Care and a $20 fee will be charged.

No, we do not offer before camp care. 

Morning Summer Camp sessions begin at 9:00am. Please note supervision is not available before 8:30am, so children should not be dropped off earlier. 

Students attending only the afternoon half-day camp should arrive no earlier than 12:20pm.

On the first day, students will be guided to their designated areas. For the remainder of the week, students should go directly to their designated foyer meeting area.

Families will be notified of the drop-off and pick-up protocols one week prior to the start date with instructions on navigating the parking lot.

NOTE: There are no refunds after June 1st 2025 as per our Cancellation Policy.
