This first-of-its-kind event is a community gathering for all Mulgrave families and their friends. Together, we will celebrate the performing arts with music, dance, and more for all ages. Both professional and student artists will be featured throughout the day and across three stages, showcasing both talent and our beautiful campus.

We have booked professional bands and artists from across the Lower Mainland, as well as Mulgrave student performers from across disciplines. A full schedule of performers and short biographies will be published over the next several weeks. 

Yes! The festival will go from 11:00am to 10:00pm. You can come for a few hours or for the full day.

You can….but it is limited and by purchase only. Passes are $200 each, but they are for the full day with in-and-out flexibility. Stalls will be assigned for all day access. The stall and pass are assigned but are not attached to particular cars. 

We will have a shuttle service from the West Van Baptist and St. David’s United parking lots. The shuttle will make 30 minute loops and will be available all day. 
You are also welcome to take a Lyft, Uber or taxi. The JS Parking Lot will be designated for rideshare drop off and pick up.

Yes, you will be able to buy a food package that will give you access to all day food options. 
Both non-alcoholic and boozy drinks will be available for purchase.

Tickets will go on sale in April. Stay tuned for details in an upcoming email with all of the information. They will start at $75 for adults and $10 for children. You’ll want to buy at this early bird pricing before we either sell out or move to general admission prices. 

You can! But it’s best to buy in advance so you are not disappointed if we sell out. Ticket sales for the day of will be available at the Cedar entrance at the back of the school. 

All Mulgrave families, as well as faculty and staff and alumni are invited to purchase tickets. Friends and extended family members are also welcome. 
We are not promoting this event widely as we prefer that only those connected to Mulgrave attend the festival. 
 

This is truly meant to be a music festival, so bring your blanket or towels to set up a spot on the turf for your viewing and dancing pleasure. We also suggest that you bring enough personal items to be comfortable: sunscreen, sunglasses, hats, low profile festival seats, water bottles, etc.  

The usual suspects: 

• Nothing illegal
• No chairs that would impede the view of the stage from the turf
• No tents
• No external alcohol or drinks

We expect about 1500 guests. 

YES!! There will be something for everyone, especially children of all ages. In addition to the performances, we will have inflatable jumpies, face painting, hair tinsel/braiding, and much, much more!
