Early Years News
As we enter flu season, we want to remind everyone of the importance of keeping children home when they are feeling unwell. We’ve noticed a rise in flu-like symptoms among some of our students, and we want to ensure that we are doing everything possible to protect the health and safety of our entire school community.
If your child is experiencing symptoms such as fever, cough, sore throat, body aches, or fatigue, we kindly ask that you keep them at home until they are feeling better. This not only helps prevent the spread of illness, but it also allows your child the time they need to rest and recover fully.
Our teachers and staff are dedicated to providing the best educational experience for all students, and we deeply appreciate your support and diligence in helping us maintain a healthy learning environment. By keeping sick children home, we can minimise disruptions and ensure that our classrooms remain safe and productive for everyone.
Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Together, we can help keep our school healthy and thriving throughout flu season.
A reminder that there will be no clubs during the week of December 16th. It will resume the week of January 20th, 2025
A group of Mulgrave families is organising to host a Norouz party in March 2025 for our entire community. If you celebrate Norouz and would like to be involved in the planning, please email Dorsa Mand at dorsa@shawbiz.ca.
