Payment Methods
The following fee payment options are available to Mulgrave School families.
Cash Payments
Payments by cash can be made at the main reception desk. Please note that we only accept cash payments up to $9000.
Bank Draft or Personal Cheque
Payments by bank draft, money order or cheque should be mailed to the school or dropped off at the main reception desk. Please make sure that the student's name and student ID number are listed on the payment to ensure that your payment is properly allocated to your account. All cheques should be made payable to Mulgrave School.
Online Banking
You can pay any balances on your account by listing Mulgrave Independent School Society or Mulgrave School as a payee with your bank. If you choose to set it up this way, please use your child's student ID as the account number.
Pre-Authorised Payments
To set up regular, pre-authorised payments for tuition fees and other charges, complete the Pre-Authorised Payment Form and drop it off at the main reception desk along with a void cheque. Payments are withdrawn as listed on the form (usually the first of the month).
Wire Transfer
We only accept wire transfers in Canadian funds. Please contact the Finance Department for the school's banking information. Please ensure that your child's name and student ID number are referenced in the wire description to ensure timely and accurate postings to your account.
Credit Card Payment
We do accept credit cards, but we charge a 3% administration fee on top of the amount paid.
