Key Application Dates for 2027-28

Our intake years are Preschool (ages 3 and 4), Kindergarten, Grade 7, and Grade 10. We may be able to accommodate new students in other grades but typically require there to be attrition of current students before we can do so. Students may only apply twice for non-intake years.

Mulgrave does not work with agents or consultants. It's very important for us to get to know a family authentically throughout the process - as well as during a child's time at our school - so we require direct contact with families at all times.

Applications for the 2027-28 school year are now open. The application deadline is December 1st for Preschool (age 4), Kindergarten, and Grades 1-11. The deadline for Preschool (age 3) is February 1, 2027.

Applicants from outside the Lower Mainland 

Please see specific information for applicants outside the Vancouver area; there are some adjustments to the process should your child not be able to attend in-person assessments and group visits.
