Wellbeing
Mulgrave places a great emphasis on the wellbeing of our students, staff, and community members. It is only with a strong foundation in social-emotional wellness that we can enjoy our pursuit of personal best.
Our approach to staff wellbeing includes efforts to ensure we work efficiently and make connections with one another, practices with a focus on family, as well as opportunities to recharge and foster healthy practices.
Highlights of our staff wellbeing initiatives include:

Significant, scheduled, weekly collaborative planning time for faculty during the school day
