Brenda Rajani is President of the Mulgrave Volunteer Parents Association. Brenda and her family joined the Mulgrave community in 2009 when their daughter was in Grade 1 and their son was in Grade 3. She has been actively involved in the Mulgrave Volunteer Parent Association in a variety of roles, including as Co-Chair of the Mulgrave Gala, Class Parent Coordinator and, currently, President. With a long-held belief in contributing to community, Brenda has served on a number of working committees of non-profit organisations, including the Heart & Stroke Foundation of BC & Yukon, Big Sisters BC Lower Mainland, Kidsafe Project Society, and Social Venture Partners Vancouver. Brenda graduated from the University of British Columbia with a BA in Art History and Sociology. She has pursued a career in marketing communications for organisations such as the Asia Pacific Foundation, Power Smart BC Hydro, and TELUS. Brenda and her family are avid travellers, having spent two separate one-year sabbaticals travelling to Europe, Asia, and South America.
