School Life

Mulgrave is a place where children are inspired to give of their best by caring and passionate teachers and committed and involved parents.

We are about community and determining what is best for our children; our aim is to develop and maintain a village of attachments, which will ensure that we have the relationships necessary to develop the ’whole child’.

A good school is all about balance; academics are important, but so is a strong music and arts programme, opportunities for physical development, an appreciation of our responsibility towards making the world a better place, and the time for free play as a venue for social and character development.

At Mulgrave, we aim to provide opportunities to develop well-rounded, responsible and compassionate citizens with that distinctive Mulgrave character of service and leadership in our community.

Citizenship is a cornerstone of Mulgrave School. It is all about building a strong and caring community within and beyond our borders, encouraging positive relationships, celebrating our creative and cultural diversity, learning to lead and leading by example, participating in volunteer and service initiatives in local and global contexts, and making a difference in our world.
