A key opportunity for parents to participate in the life of the school exists within the Mulgrave Volunteer Parents Association – better known as the MVP.

The MVP helps coordinate all approved parent volunteer and fundraising activities with the school.  Working together with faculty, staff and parents, the MVP’s primary goal is to sustain Mulgrave’s sense of community and foster a broad-based spirit of participation.  Through this volunteer group, the School is able to utilize the enormously varied and wonderful talents of hundreds of parents throughout the year for the considerable benefit of Mulgrave students.

The MVP coordinates a multitude of activities including merchandise and recycled uniform sales, lecture series, arts and sports program assistance, class parent reps, volunteer resources, communication and special events such as the Fall Fair and golf tournament.  The MVP’s fundraising culminates with the Spring Gala, the School’s major annual fundraiser which takes place in May.
