To request a copy of your Mulgrave transcript, please submit the following information in the form found below.
Please note that we require a separate request for each institution that requires a transcript.
There is an associated fee with for sending each transcript requested.
- Canada - $2.00
- United States - $3.00
- International - $5.00
- Sealed envelope (for self-pick-up) - $2.00
Payment can be made at Mulgrave's Main Office or sent to:
Cheques should be made payable to Mulgrave School.
Please note that during busy admission periods, it may take several weeks for a university to process your transcript once they receive it.
Transcript Requests
To request additional copies of your International Baccalaureate transcript or diploma, please refer to the IB website. Please note that Mulgrave School is unable to provide an IB transcript once your official results have been issued in July.
To request additional copies of your official BC Ministry Transcript of Grades or your Dogwood Diploma, please refer to the Ministry of Education website .
