How to Apply

Complete the online application form and upload supporting documents before or by the deadline indicated for the grade to which you are applying.

You will start your application by clicking the Apply Now button found at the top right of these pages. You will need to create an account, and that will involve accessing a follow up email from the system to set up your credentials. Once your profile has been completed, you will be sent a confirmation email with instructions on how to login and start the application. If you need help going through the online application, please refer to our Applying to Mulgrave School Guide.

We highly recommend that you bookmark the link to your application so that you can easily return to your dashboard to upload documents, keep track of steps, and read notifications.  

Your completed application will require the following elements:

• $350 application fee (the last step of the submission)*
• Official document to confirm your child's birthdate and name (birth certificate, Permanent Resident card, passport, etc.)
• Applicant photo*
• Family photo*
• Academic documentation (report cards, teacher observation forms, etc.)

You will need to have the starred items ready in order to submit your application. Once processed (it takes 1-5 business days), you will be assigned a checklist to which you can upload supporting documents to your child's candidate profile.
