OUR SCHOOL: Head of School
Head of School's Welcome
Growing up and learning at Mulgrave School is a very special experience indeed. Whether you join us at 4 or 16 years of age, we are committed to providing you with an outstanding and unique education that will prepare you to make the very best of the opportunities and challenges in your future lives.
We understand that good learning and an excellent, rounded education are not only about you acquiring the best possible skills and academic qualifications, but also about enjoying school and following your interests and passions in a range of other activities, such as athletics, the arts, community commitment and much more.
A Mulgrave education delivered via the programmes of the International Baccalaureate Organisation is unashamedly internationally focused and forward looking. It will enable you to develop the skills and attributes necessary to thrive in the international world of the 21st century.
We are a caring and supportive school community with high standards and high expectations. We aim to inspire you and challenge you to fulfil your potential in a variety of contexts. Often described as a family, Mulgrave takes great pride in the quality of relationships that exist between staff, students and parents. We understand that this three-way partnership is the key to your success.
If you are reading this as someone who doesn’t know Mulgrave, I would encourage you to come to the school to meet our community and to see us in action. It is a very special place.
Warmest regards,

John Wray
