Embracing Shift - Against Progress

Students embraced this shift with zest and great motivation and have risen up to the challenge of viewing humanity from a different angle and casting an ironic light on the human species. "The play is intended to evoke a reaction. It was the playwright's intention that the audience should exit the theatre disagreeing with each other" shared Judy Markthaler, Mulgrave's Upper School Theatre Teacher. "If we achieve that, we've done our job. I am proud of the hard work the students have put into the process of staging this play in such a short period of time. It is challenging piece for such a young ensemble and a perfect exercise in refining acting technique. Their growth has been truly remarkable."

We hope that all parents and Senior School students can join us for one of the performances. Attendance is free of charge although donations towards Mulgrave's Arts Programmes are always welcomed. To RSVP, please click here.
